Topic: Lost Dweomer . . . lost?

I'm looking at my Grindhouse PDF and am noticing that "Lost Dweomer" is listed both under the Summon spell description (as a monster attribute) and as a 9th level spell in the MU spell list.

But I can't find the spell anywhere in this edition. Was the magic so strong that it was lost from my PDF?
