Topic: Is there a Strange Waters I?

Hi All,
The subj. has my question.
I'm reading my hardback copy of Rules & Magic.
Why is the spell Strange Waters II called such? I can't find a Strange Waters I in the book, or in my Deluxe copy either.
No big deal if it's a typo; but if it's not I'd like to find the first.

Strange Waters I is a Matt Finch creation and appeared in the Eldritch Weirdness book.

Huh.  I somehow got under the impression that there WAS a Strange Waters I, but it had been lost to the sands of time, and only its progeny belays a memory that it once existed.
