Topic: LotFP Characters in Carcosa: Any attempts?

Just wanted to ask if anyone had many previous attempts to mix in LotFP characters from your "typical" campaign setting and foisting them into the madness that is Carcosa.

Any difficulties in rule adaptations?   

Did Cleric/Magic-Users suffer any changes in abilities from the transition from one world to another?   

If your campaign had fantasy races - how were they treated on Carcosa?

And most importantly - Did anyone ever make it "home"?

Nada?  Really?

AH well, might as well let this cat out of the bag.  Some of the folks in the "Company of the Black Swan" ended up in a certain little city in the Far North...with Shoggoths...   and kinda...fell through a portal.

Thankfully my reunion game doesn't occur till next month.   So i have time.....but your thoughts would be appreciated!!!

I appreciate the work that has gone into it. The only thing is that it is not the kind of setting where I want to play.

Can't really say i'm playing "Vanilla" Carcosa myself at this point....

In fusing together a lot of the LotFP material, i have the odd situation where I've got Dwarf Cultists, an Emissary of the Dead King of Duvan'ku and Undead Cohort...and yes, even some people from Pembrooktonshire who took on a life of their own.....all stuck on dear little Carcosa.

And those are just the NPCs...
