Demihumans as Humans

In the now infamous thread on RPGnet, Jim said...

"I don't even use demi-humans in my campaign anymore (these classes are reskinned to other human templates)"

Does anyone know what those human templates are?

RPGPundit is actually doing something similar to what I'm doing: http://www.therpgsite.com/showpost.php? … stcount=79

Basically just rename the class, maybe change out the one skill that advances (so your Dwarf replacement might not increase in Architecture).
