Topic: Veins of the Earth & Third-Party-Publishing

Dear Jim,

does you generous allowance in regard to "third-party-publishing" extend to what is found in "Veins of the Earth"?

I toy with the idea to write up a small underground region (a linked set of caverns, plus its inhabitants), and the way of mapping that was introduced in VotE is simple-yet-brilliant. And of course, I like the rules introduced in there.

So please tell me, how do you rule in regard to third-party-publishing here?
