I concur.

I think I'm going to use 3d6 vs one of the attributes, when forced to roll. (Bell Curve!)

I'm thinking about removing all of the skills from LotFP. The skill aspects would be handled through role-play and time. Does the corridor slope? Yes it does.    I pick the lock. It takes 10 minutes. The only exception may be the Open Doors check, and I'm not even sure about that one.

It does gimp demi-humans a bit, so I may need to buff them a little to compensate, and it clearly eliminates every aspect of the specialist except maybe Sneak Attack. That may not be a bad thing since I'm thinking of eliminating it altogether.

My goal is to allow everyone to do everything.

Any thoughts on the potential impacts?
